THE GOAL

Design a tool that enables clinical teams to optimize patient recruitment strategies by comparing multiple recruitment scenarios in real-time. Visualizes key recruitment metrics, timelines, and projections, providing clear, actionable insights across regions and sites.

The design focused on creating scalable, intuitive data visualizations that conveyed complex datasets concisely, empowering users to make informed decisions. Progressive disclosure was incorporated to surface the right amount of information at the right time, preventing user overwhelm. Drilldown views were integrated, enabling users to access detailed information as needed. This approach facilitated easy comparisons of current and historical data, along with future projections, to optimize recruitment strategies.
