I am a Director of Design at a Startup with 7+ years of experience working in an agile environment. My experience includes working in a design and consulting firm on various projects across industries and platforms, bringing products from conceptualization to development and testing. I have experience conducting user interviews and testing and synthesizing the information to cycle again and make the products better. I love working with people and learning about them - from the users who interact with products to the team members and stakeholders I work with along the way.

My process was developed while working at GroupVisual.io. It's our adaptation from the Triple Diamond and Design Thinking methodologies.
